The place is ideal and reasonably clean. It has best, cooperative staff. The location is good, 3 km from Monkey Park.

The rooms were clean and spacious, with daily cleaning service and fresh towels. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Mohamed who sold ice creams by the pool. The location was convenient, with a short walk to the beach and nearby supermarkets. The hotel also had a mini mart and a salon for additional services.

The variety of food for breakfast was limited and became repetitive after a few days. Some guests mentioned problems with the management not addressing complaints effectively.

my recent stay in kotu was amazing, but palma rima took it to a whole new level. the staff were so friendly and made me feel right at home. the entertainment and atmosphere were top-notch, and the breakfast was delicious with made-to-order eggs. the room was spacious and always clean.
